Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Author Guidelines

Submission of article: We are currently focusing on publishing original research works, review papers, short communications only,  Authors need to register with the journal prior to submitting or, if already registered, can simply log in and begin the five-step process. Or if you face any difficulty in online submission you can simply email your article at editor@jaaabr.com. 

File type: Authors should submit the articles only in MS-word 2003 or 2007 & 2010 format, no other format is accepted. If equations were used it should be converted by using MS Office equation editor and pasted as image at proper place. All equations should be grouped or may be prepared using equation editor software. Presently we are not able to accept formatted articles in LateX or other format, authors are informed to convert their articles only in MS word format. Please note that the file size should not be more than 10 MB size for submission through our submit forms.

No. of Pages: No. article should exceed more than 30 pages authors are informed that lengthening the paper will not only make the readers skip the content and hence authors are advised to write their full work within this page limit.

File size: A maximum file size of 2 MB is permitted if the article is more than that author may zip the file and send it to our email.

Language: Language of the articles should be in English or Arabic, we are not processing articles in any other languages.


Online Publication Date: 30th of every month

Last Date for Payment: Author needs to Pay publication fee within three working days after the acceptance of article.

In special Issue your paper will be published 36 hours after sending the copyright form duly filled along with payment proof.

Font characters:

Font should be Times New Roman throughout the article with the following varying sizes

Main heading: 16 size – No italics – Title case bold

Section heading: 13 size – No italics – Title case bold

Keywords: 10.5 size, the word “Keywords” only should be bold, no italics, give full stop after keywords.

Full text: 12 size, do not bold anywhere except important content, no underline, no unwanted italics (except bio terms and other terms which need italics as standard pattern).

Table name and figure name: 10.5 size, the word “Table” and “Figure” only should be bold, use colon after Table: and Figure:

Line Spacing: 
All line spacing is single, do not use other spacing throughout the article.
In reference section, there should be one space between each reference. 
All margins are 1” on all sides, do not change the template margin
Units: All units in the article should be SI units.

Abstract: No italics, 10.5 size font, do not remove the lines above and below abstract in the template, do not redraw the lines, copy paste the content between lines. Abstract should not be more than 250 words, give a precise abstract conveying what the article meant for, many readers just read the abstract to understand the importance of the article, hence this portion requires utmost attention, use simple words without improper expression, make it simple to read and easy to understand, provide important outcome of the experiments.

Keywords: Provide up to 8 keywords that express the article content, do not provide to generic keywords such as Remote Sensing, Environment, Biotechnology etc.



References to other publications must be in Harvard style and carefully checked for completeness, accuracy and consistency. This is very important in an electronic environment because it enables your readers to exploit the Reference Linking facility on the database and link back to the works you have cited through CrossRef.

You should cite publications in the text: (Adams, 2006) using the first named author's name or (Adams and Brown, 2006) citing both names of two, or (Adams et al., 2006), when there are three or more authors. At the end of the paper a reference list in alphabetical order should be supplied:

:تعليمات النشر في مجلة المحاسبة والعلوم الادارية التطبيقية

مجلة المحاسبة والعلوم الادارية التطبيقية مجلة علمية محكمة، تعنى بنشر البحوث العلمية الأصيلة في مجال العلوم المحاسبة والعلوم الادارية التطبيقية، باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية، ويجب أن يتسم البحث المقدم إليها بشروط البحث العلمي، وخطواته وفق ما هو متعارف عليه عربياً وعالمياً، وهي تعنى، إضافة إلى ذلك، بنشر المراسلة القصيرة، ومراجعة الموضوعات والدراسات السابقة.

تسليم المخطوطات الكترونياً (Online Submission)، وذلك على الموقع http://jaaabr.com/index.php/JAAABR/about/submissions

ويعني تقديم مخطوطة البحث للنشر في المجلة، أن المؤلف قد فوّض المجلة قانونياً بنشر بحثه ودراسته، ويعني ذلك أيضا أن المعلومات، التي تتضمنها تلك الأبحاث والدراسات المقدمة للنشر، هي معلومات حقيقية، وأصيلة، وغير منشورة سابقاً، وأنها من إنتاج المؤلف المذكور في المخطوطة فقط، إضافة إلى أنها ليست قيد النشر في أماكن أخرى.

ويجب أن يُعلم كذلك، أن حق النشر والتوزيع، في حال قبول الأبحاث والدراسات للنشر، ينتقل تلقائياً إلى الناشر، ومن شأن هذا الحق أن يمكَّن من توزيع المعلومات قدر الإمكان.

يجب مراعاة ألا يزيد حجم البحث على (35) صفحة، بما في ذلك الهوامش، والمراجع، والجداول، والأشكال، والملاحق، ويراعى ترقيم الجداول والأشكال على التوالي وفق ورودها في البحث، مع تزويدها بعناوين، بحيث يكتب عنوان الجدول في أعلاه، وعنوان الشكل في أسفله، وفي حالة استخدام الباحث أداة أو أدوات بحثية في القياس، مثل الاستبانة، لا بد من وضع ملحق خاص بها، إذا لم ترد في متن البحث.

ويجب أن يستهل كل بحث بصفحة مستقلة تشتمل على ملخصين للبحث باللغتين العربية، والانجليزية، بما لا يزيد، كل واحد منها، على (250) كلمة.

يراعى عند تقديم المخطوطة التباعد المزدوج، مع ترك هوامش مناسبة (2 سم) من جميع الجهات، ويكون الخط من نوع (Simplified Arabic)، وتكون العناوين الرئيسية بخط عريض وبحجم (16)، أما باقي المادة المطبوعة فتكون بحجم (14).

وتشتمل المخطوطة على عنوان البحث، واسم المؤلف، وعنوانه، والملخصين، والكلمات المفتاحية، والمتن، ثم ينتهي البحث بالنتائج والتوصيات. ويذيل بقائمة للمراجع والمصادر التي ترد مرتبة ترتيبا أبجدياً، ثم الملاحق حال وجودها.

يجب اتباع طريقة التوثيق المذكورة بشكل دقيق كما هو موضح أعلاه في طريقة Harvard Style
